PLUS we've got extensive experience resolving unexpected issues, so we'll handle any last-minute hiccups & quickly address any issues to prevent major disruptions.
Both Planners & Co-ordinators play a crucial part in bringing together your big day.
A Planner will typically be with you from early on in your planning journey, and assist you in making decisions and sourcing vendors in line with creating the event of your dreams. A Co-ordinator will typically join you once the big decisions are made and take over vendor management; ensuring all the boxes are ticked in the final weeks through to managing the execution of the day.
Our Day-Of Co-ordination is based on a 10 hour day (start and end times are flexible).
We'll contact each of your vendors introducing ourselves as your Co-ordinators and take over the liaising and ensuring all details are provided as necessary ahead of the big day. Month of co-ordinating is charged per calendar month, however additional weeks can be added at an additional cost.
As soon as you've booked your venue! The sooner you hold the date the sooner you can put your mind at ease that the lead-up to, and execution of your big day will be as smooth as it can possibly be.

Prior to your Consultation you'll receive a questionnaire so we have a bit of an idea where you're up to in your planning journey.
We'll have a chat about how we can best support you in the lead-up to/on the day of your event, and discuss our package options. We've got four to choose from or you're welcome to build your own package by adding service components to your cart from the home page.
Consultation you'll receive a written quote along with our Services Agreement.
NB: In person Consultations are held at The Wedding Whisperer Studio, upstairs at 13/205 Port Hacking Road, Miranda.

A 50% Deposit is required to hold your date.
