When you look at the numbers, they really hit home: 1 in 2 Australian women are currently experiencing a mental health issue, and almost 1 in 4 are struggling with a severe condition. These aren't just statistics; these are our mothers, sisters, friends, colleagues, and even ourselves.
By raising funds, we're directly contributing to initiatives that provide much-needed support, resources, and research specifically tailored to women's mental health. It's about creating a future where every woman feels empowered to prioritise her mental wellbeing.
